Here’s how the process flows:

    1.    Fill out the intake form below with your needs, goals, and preferences.
2.    I’ll personally review your submission and craft a tea blend that fits you.
3.    Within 2–3 business days, you’ll receive an email with your proposed blend and a quote.
4.    Once approved, I’ll invoice you and begin blending.

Blending & Shipping Timeline:

Most custom teas are blended and shipped within 3-5 business days of payment.
However, if your formula requires specialty herbs I don’t currently have in stock, I’ll let you know and order them right away.
In that case, your blend may take longer to prepare, but I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Pricing Notes

Custom blend pricing varies based on the herbs used, the size of the blend, and the complexity of your formulation. Most blends range from $18–$32.

One-Time Formulation Fee:

There is a one-time formulation fee of $8, which covers the time and care spent crafting your custom blend.
This fee is only charged once per blend and is waived for all future reorders of the same formula.
Once your quote is approved, you’ll receive an invoice that includes the cost of the tea and the formulation fee (if applicable).

Need it sooner?

I do offer a Rush Blending Option when time is of the essence and the required herbs are already in stock. This means I’ll rearrange my blending schedule to prioritize your order. However, because this requires shifting other work and potentially extending hours, a rush fee applies and must be approved in advance.

If you’re interested in rush blending, just note that in your intake form and I’ll let you know:

• If it’s possible based on herb availability and my schedule

• What the rush fee would be (typically $10–$20 depending on urgency)

I’ll always be honest about what I can do and when—if I’m unavailable to rush an order, I’ll let you know up front.
