What’s in This Immune-Boosting Blend?

Our handcrafted Immune Boosting Tea contains a powerful mix of:

    •    Hibiscus – rich in vitamin C and antioxidants

    •    Rosehips – an immune system favorite

    •    Lemongrass + Lemon Peel – adds brightness and digestive support

    •    Cinnamon chips – warming and supportive to immune function

How to Make the Concentrate

This concentrate makes about 4–5 servings and keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You can easily double or triple the recipe if you’re prepping ahead.

Ingredients:

    •    4 cups water

    •    ½ cup Immune Boosting Tea (or 4–5 tablespoons loose leaf)

    •    ½ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

    •    ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)

    •    1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, adds depth)

Instructions:

1. Brew the Tea

    •    Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

    •    Add Immune Boosting Tea and reduce heat.

    •    Let steep for 10–15 minutes (longer = stronger flavor).

    •    Strain and discard the herbs.

2. Sweeten & Finish

    •    While still warm, stir in the honey or maple syrup until dissolved.

    •    Let the mixture cool slightly.

    •    Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract (if using).

3. Store & Use

    •    Pour into a clean mason jar or glass bottle.

    •    Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

To Serve:

    •    Mix 1 part concentrate with 2–3 parts water or sparkling water

    •    Serve over ice

    •    Optional: garnish with lemon slices, mint, or a splash of elderflower syrup for a fancy twist
